SWEET Lord, Nick thought when Linda started kissing him back. He'd known some passionate women in his day, but she left the others in the shade. She was on fire, a volcano ready to erupt.

Nick was pretty close to erupting himself!

He had to distance himself from her heat fairly quickly or he wouldn't have a hope in Hades of giving her what she obviously wanted and needed. Once was not going to be enough.

There again, once wasn't going to be enough for him, either. He wanted this night to last as long as possible. So he set about cooling his dangerously aroused body by concentrating on her pleasure rather than his, by focusing all his attention on finding out exactly what turned her on the most, what she liked above all else.

Till a moment ago, he'd thought she favoured playing the submissive female to his dominant male. Most women did. But he could see now that she would relish taking the assertive role as well when the time was right…'

He aimed to make sure the time was right sometime during the coming hours. But when the lovemaking was finally over, when the fires had been extinguished for both of them, he aimed to walk away.

Oh, yes. There would be no repeat performance at some future date, Nick vowed staunchly. No offering his services to the far too needy and greedy Linda a second time. When the dawn came, he would be well gone, never to return.
